good morning what are my right as a worker when it comes to promotions? as i feel that i'm being taken for granted. i'm a proffesional who is expected to train new staff members take a back seat when it comes to benefits and promotions. its difficult to go the hr route as the company i'm working for its family orientated. currently i'm very frastrated and don't really know how to fight the injustice i'm experiecing.
