We were given pin codes to access telephone lines at work. Recently someone was fired and he gave everyone his pin code to use. Now everyone has been caught out for using the pin code and dialing cellphone numbers. Can we be fired for this. We have no form in writing regarding the pin codes and what is considered abuse, they were just given to us over the telephone when we started working here.
