Nobody is being forced. It is the free choice of each employee to accept or stay behind. The law does not prescribe to the employer where to best situate the workplace. If the employee unreasoanbly refuses to accept the change the employee resigns. The onus is on the employee to prove the refusal is not unreasonable. If an employee resigns he or she is not entitled to severance pay. Accept the package offered.
