i was employed temporarily for fixed 2 yrs contract, after my initial contract expired the company kept me for 3 yrs, they wrote the 2 letters for extensions,they put them on my file without giving me copies.my contract was terminated last month. they have created an expectation to be permanent, is this a fair or unfair dismissal?
