im currently working as a temp employee at one of south africas'biggest company but have been temping for more that 1 year already now. its very frustrating especially when it comes to the salary, the working hours and what our rights and who is protecting the rights of employees working under such cases..its really frustrating and Colleagues and i would love to take further action
