Eight years ago, I was awarded at the CCMA for a procedurally unfair dismissal. The company never paid me out, instead filed a notice of motion at the Labour Court. I did not receive copies of the notice, and nothing has happened since. My lawyer did not pursue the matter, and I am still out of pocket eight years later. What can I do now? Thanks, Clare
