Im working for A company for 2Jear 5Month.i have sign no papers no contrack but for the last nine month we were at home for a week and a half and then work for one month 3Weeks at home and i was never paid for time at home sometimes it was 5Weeks at home without pay and than go back to work.my question.must i get paid for the time being at home.
